The Videoconference and Executive Meeting Center is a 388 square foot boardroom suitable for meetings of up to 16 guests. The room is furnished with a custom boardroom table and matching leather �8 hour� executive armchairs. The Meeting Center is equipped with an extensive array of videoconferencing, recording, and audio/visual presentation equipment. If desired, an adjoining deluxe business-class hotel room may be added to provide a rest area, breakout or work space.

We offer state-of-the-art secure ISDN and IP videoconferencing systems in a convenient, comfortable, and professional meeting facility. Our integrated electronic presentation systems include 50-inch and 42-inch high-resolution plasma display monitors, DVD and VHS recording and playback systems, an HP Windows XP Professional laptop computer with Office XP software, a computer systems video scan converter, and an Elmo document camera. We have 12 high-speed Internet ports on the conference table. We also offer manual presentation tools including easel pads, whiteboards, and a projection screen, if desired.

Our Executive Meeting Center is equipped with a two-line cordless telephone and an HP color copier, printer, scanner, and fax, as well as a complete stock of meeting and office supplies. Use of all of our installed presentation and meeting support equipment and supplies is included with the room rental. Also included are our deluxe continental breakfast in the morning for all participants, and coffee and cold beverages for morning and afternoon breaks. Breakfast, snack breaks, or catered meals may also be served in the Executive Meeting Center, or poolside in the Court. We offer catering ranging from snacks and deli sandwiches to fine dining.

The Executive Meeting Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year with full services support. Our convenient hotel services and free on-site parking make the Meeting Center a safe and comfortable place to hold a meeting or videoconference regardless of the hour.
